Most likely the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit part # MR76ZR is the correct fit for your 2011 Jayco Octane T26Y but you will need to measure your current shackles to be sure. If yours are 3-1/8 inches from bolt hole center to bolt hole center this kit will fit well. The flow through sensors of the TST TPMS for RVs - Color Display - Signal Booster - 6 Flow Through Tire Sensors # TST-507-FT-6-C have brass inserts already so you don't need additional inserts or sensors.
